If your nickname is "Handsome Doctor" girls won’t think "Hm, he must be a handsome doctor! It can be a random, meaningless word made from combination of letters in your name.
"; they’ll think, "Hm, this guy’s really trying to impress, he’s probably compensating for something", or simply, "Wow, what a douche, calling himself Handsome Doctor! Ggoogle it to make sure it’s really meaningless, though; you don't want to accidentally call yourself "Dung beetle" in Finnish! Secondly, spend your time on the things that really matter when it comes to creating attraction on dating sites.
I don’t suggest you plagiarize, but there is nothing wrong from getting inspiration from the other profiles’ usernames.
